I am not too concerned in regards to whom is sent from the GKs to recover E. But I am surprised at how low you have placed the recovery of one of the founding fathers in the list of GK priorities...

I just had a thought! ++ouch!++ Razz
If EVER there was a recipe for a GK to fall, this would be it wouldn't it!? Perhaps we can uncover a side of the GK NEVER seen before... In which GK on the edge of corruption are hunted down and killed before they succumb to the forces of chaos!!! This force could be led by GK Chaplain Durendin which, due to the prodigious responsibility of such a position would explain his minimal presence In any of the existing fluff!!!

Frankly I wanted at least a squad of terminators.

I'm just suggesting.

If people rather have a full force of grey knights zoom right into the eye of terror on a battlebarge, shooting in all directions and having a Michael Bay action flick, we can have that. It could be awesome and fun.

A squad of termies could probably sneak about sort of well, they are highly trained space marines after all, and psykers on top of that.

I'd say an undivided deamon world as well, if the setting is far to angled towards a certain deities realm, things can quickly careen out of focus. I'm just trying to imagine a Slaneeshi deamon world.... i'd say that could get out of hand a bit.

And Constantine, that idea is actually properly grimdark. No grey knight has ever fallen to chaos.... we've made sure of that.

I for one am not so sure about that a full it will mean we have to pull a Michael Bay. If we must do a war scale let's do it like Full Metal Jacket or Come and See.

That said maybe we or at least the Epimetheus plot team should start writing the first chapter.

Also I bit of topic but we need to address this. How long do we want this? Should at be a long post or an attached document.

I say we can write bits in this thread, critique/fialize them, and then post in a seperate thread which is just for finished work.

hi brothers i was out of town this WE so i'll regain my delay this week ad will try to put together all the ideas to create a synopsis (a time line) and then i'll try to make the first step of the chase... in french then i'll translate if as accurately as i can... affraid affraid
I'm not found of a Michael Bay novel ... not for the begining !
The Gks are supposed to be a well kept secret and for those who know they are incorruptible ... imagine what turmoils could make a full geared GK terminator squad hanging around asking question about what could have happened to one of their own ... Inquiries are better held in hands of humans, well in hands of ordo Malleus... Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Good start, now we have a good framework to start from.

Me not having read the book, i feel like i can't really write stuff myself so that fits into the story. But as i've said, i will be glad to help.

I'd say at this point in the story, Abaddon should leave, and Epimetheus should have an inner monologue to cement how dire the situation is.
