The DK is a distraction from the LR! The three chimeras roll straight up in turn one and pop smoke then proceed to shoot after that, whilst the psykers sit back and shoot!

I'm looking at that list and it seems a little all over the place, I have a couple of questions before I offer suggestions.
1)Why a basic Inq with a daemonblade?
2)Why a tech marine with nothing but a halberd?
3)Why have DCA's in squads with shooty units like jokaero?

1) because he is cheap and allows servitors to ignore mindlock
2)for the hammer hand to use with the deathcults and bolster defence
3)because after shooting for two or three turns these squads get assaulted!

1)Not a bad idea, but honestly I still think it's a waste of 40pts, somehting you can;t afford at tournie level
2 + 3 )Again a massive wast of points, if your squads do get charged a couple of DCA's aren't going to change the fact the squad is going to die horribly, even with the hammerhand, you're better off sorting your squads into all shooting and all assault as a counter punch.
The other problem I see is the NDK
a)It's not killy enough, it'll kill 1 MEQ in the open, or 3 GEQ in cover, not nearly enough considering your plan for it.
b)It's not going to be a distraction, if I have a choice between cracking open your LR or one of your chimeras or shooting that I know which I'd do, hell it doesn't even have a teleporter so it can threaten to punch open a tank.
I'm not really sure what I'd suggest here since your list seems radically different to what I'd normally put out in a competitive game so hopefully my comments will at least let you think of problems ahead of time so you can work out a plan for the tournie. Good luck and let us know how it turns out!

Psydreads are a great choice for popping light vehicles, and actually gel quite well with your techmarine. Bolster ruins and put both inside. Then sit your techmarine with a beamer further backfeild so be has a good line of fire and can throw down some nasty blasts!

Without assault vehicles its hard, so your list will be more shooty. Maybe consider some hot shot lasguns in with those melta? They won't decimate a squad of SM but are reasonable, esp with the melta in there to pop tanks.
For your redeemer I would put in a squad of 10 DCA and maybe an Inq with rad grenades. They will kill almost anything they touch.

I personally don't like psykers, they are unreliable, but maybe test them, even if you are just doing some made up scenarios and see how they would work.
Try setting up a squad you would want to kill within their threat range and see how you go getting the power off and how many you kill.

I'd seperate the DCA to seperate units of 4-5 behind the chimera/redeemer and form a spearhead, also the dreadnought would be able to get into combat hiding behind the LRR using an assault cannon with pysbolts/ DCCW instead of pysriflemen. I'd suggest dropping the dreadknight to form a spearhead otherwise you should make your army alpha strike w/firesupport using units which shunt and mordrak for first turn assault... I do agree though, your list seems confusing! Lol

If you're worried about units getting assaulted then have ablative units of assaulty style henchmen to soak up the damage.

Instead of using the deathcult assassins with the jokaeros and servitors split them up.

Keep the Servitors and henchmen at maximum range, and get yourself some Crusaders to go alongside the deathcult assassins. A few 3+ inv saves in each squad of assault henchmen is enough to keep them fighting.
