2 Cool Pics (from an Apocalypse game I witnessed)

I was a spectator to an awesome apocalypse showdown (over 150,000 points) set during the Horus wars. There were models representing the primarchs like Perturabo, Leman Russ, and others (although the models were not really spectacular). I took two pictures though...

This guy had 36 thunderwolves as part of his force. Can't remember what company he got the wolves from but they were appropriately sized. The only negative thing I saw was that they all had the same pose.

This was an awesome Chaos reaver titan. Didn't realize these things were THAT big! I really want to get a Mars Reaver Titan now!!!

All squads consist of fully upgraded death companies

I think every squad could cost 3000pts, don't remember.

There were 10 tables all together. There were super-heavies like crazy as well as gargantuan creatures all over the place. I saw every FW demon model there as well.

Yeah, there were so much models on the tables that I'm sure they did away w/ the "painted" requirement. There were models that were just built w/ no primer even.

Yeah, it was an awesome sight. Someday (maybe in this lifetime), I'll finish all my GK stuff along w/ my IG super heavies and Imperial Navy stuff and I think I can contribute well-over 10,000 points

10 tables? Over 150,000pts? It'll take a whole month straight to play this game at 12 hour watches. heh heh sign me up to play, tell my wife I'll be home some time next month. LOL.
