Girl Friends Army

One of my best friends and I were talking with my Girlfriend about getting her own army. My friend and I agreed that based on my GF's aggressive/abrasive personality (but trust me she's a big sweetheart when you get under her tough skin), and her own preference for tactical flexibility, vanilla Space Marines would probably be best. So I was thinking a small 500-750 point army to get her started. Nothing competitive or grand just a couple of troop choices and and HQ to get her started. Here's what I got cooking.

HQ
Captain - 155
Artificer Armor, Relic Blade, Combi-Weapon

Troops
2x 10 man Tactical Squads - 390
- Missile Launcher, Plasma Gun
- Sergeants have Boltgun and Power Weapon.

Total= 545

Small cheap easy to make and field (I'm probably gonna be the one building and storing it). Yet can still handle a good amount of threats. And sense SM are up next on the update block it means she'll be getting a good army that'll stick around for awhile.

Perhaps the Minataurs chapter.

Been thinking while my internet was out. As far as HQ's go I think Sevrin Loth of the Red Scorpions may be perfect. He's relatively inexpensive, and given his options in powers and take Biomancy or Pyromancy and still give his squad/army buffs while buffing himself. Plus she just plain up loved playing a Librarian in the Deathwatch RP and killing bosses with Smite. I had no idea it could get that powerful

Anyway. Taking Sevrin as an HQ jumps the army points up to about 585. Ya'll still think it's an all comers list?

Yeah for starter list I think this will do. Thoughts?
