interesting list ... at first glance i can't see a real weakness... even though i love the GM with some gear (grenades, psycannon)
i'm curious to see how the BChamp will work, please report your wins and losses to Titan for edification of your brothers...

It looks well balanced.
Its not spamming psyriflemen.

I like it.

Might be worth combining the terminator squads into 1 unless you plan on bringing them all in from reserve via stormraven.

I prefer a grandmaster over a librarian because of how much the army relies on psychic powers already, but it is only a preference and you have the vindicare to take out offending psychic hoods.

If you can find the points for some brain mines on the champion they make fighting monstrous orrible things less stressful if he finds himself going it alone and it's always useful to have the chance to cripple an enemy no matter what their initiative.
