1850 Points Tournament list army choice help

I have a tournament coming up and can not decide on which list to take and any changes needed. Any help would be grateful.

DARK ELDAR
Razorwing with 2x Dark Lances, Splinter Cannon x1, Necrotoxin Missiles x4, Night Shields and Flickerfields x3 units

Trueborn x4 with Blasters x4 in Venom with Splinter Cannons x2, Flickerfields and Night Shields x2 Units

Warriors x5 in Venoms with Splinter Cannons x2, Flickerfields and Night Shields x4

Warriors x20 with Splinter Cannons x2 joined with Duke Sliscus and a Haemonculus with Power Weapon.

OR

GREY KNIGHTS

Inquisitor Coteaz

Vindicare Assassin

Death Cult Assassins x9 in Rhino with Storm Bolters x2 x2 Units

Death Cult Assassins x10 in Rhinos with Storm Bolters x2 x4 units

Dreadnought with Twin Linked Autocannons x2 and Psybolt Ammo x3 units.

I'd go with Dark Eldar, it's less boring and has some flexability.

That wouldnt fly in the tourneys in my area. They are pretty much sticklers about only using GW products in 40K and fantasy tournies. In a case where there are rules for a unit but no figure then they allow non gw minis. Unfortuneatly there are DC assassins available .

In all the tournaments in my country there is no problem with alternative models. We even have had accepted a $2 rubber rat in replace of a hell pit for skaven in fantasy. Sometimes it helps to have rubber models with all the earthquakes we keep getting and models falling on the floor.

I don't think that should be such an issue since GWS doesn't really support players at all if they are outside the UK Europe or US.
