Should I be using a Stormraven instead or?

are you using coteaz only for "I\'ve been expecting you" and his reroll for initiative? if no you may be better off with a different regular inquisitor as i dont see a chimera you may add a OXI one and give him a conversion beamer for additional long range fire.

i think the landraider is fine where it is. the stormraven would be too fast for the rest of your army to catch up.
