New GK's 2000 pts

Yup, I know. The first move or two will be at max distance anyway. Once I'm in the mid-range or up close, I'll be able to fire the S7 assault cannon as well as 1 sponson (3 or 6 S5 shots) after moving 6". If I only pivot, that's a possible 12 S5 shots at targets up to 12" away

After seeing Nemesisforce's 1700 pt list (txs NF btw ), decided to see if I can tweak my list to fit another LR in there and here is what I ended up with:

HQ - GM w/ m-c warding stave, rad grenades
HQ - Libby w/ 3 skulls, SUM, SHR, MoT, QS, WR, SANC, DE
TR - 10 x GKSS w/ 2 p-cannons, psybolt ammo, Rhino
TR - 5 x GKT w/ 1 p-cannon, 1 warding stave, 1 b-banner
EL - 10 x GKPS w/ 1 'cinnie, 1 hammer, 8 halberds
FA - 8 x GKIS w/ 1 p-cannon, psybolt ammo
HS - LR w/ psybolt ammo
HS - LRC w/ psybolt ammo, searchlight

Still have 35 infantry models but now I have 2 heavy tanks and a rhino. Everybody is mobile. I did lose a few p-cannons but I have 2 TWLLC.

What do you guys think?

Do you intend to ferry the GM/Termies in one, and the Cinni Strikie Force/Librarian in the other? Your libby certainly has a vast knowledge of the powers, but you don't think the lvl 3 is worth it then?

@Nausaden: The GM + GKT + Libby will be in the LRC. The 10-man Purifier squad will be in the LR. I think lvl 3 would be awesome, I just can't find the extra 50 pts w/out giving up something substantial. I just settled for having a wide range of powers to be as flexible as possible.

Aye, I just was curious if you thought the lvl 3 was worth it. For me, I take it because the Libby's the lynch pin of my force. I can't wait to hear how your list works, I'll be playing more games tommorow myself and I'll have to let you all know how it turns out ^^

After reading the different batreps posted by our Brothers here, I really wanted to somehow get a squad of Interceptors in my list. Alas, the only way I can do it and still keep the dual raider platform is to switch from Paladins to GKTs. Trying to weigh the pros and cons of downgrading from pallies to GKTs and getting a small squad of GKIS
