1500pt Coteaz List

Hello fellow Inquisitors and Brother Knights, I was hoping for a little help on a list I had made (though I am afraid I may be deemed a Heretic for this list). I enjoy using Coteaz and Henchmen (especially Psykers).

Coteaz joins the Purgation Squad and takes Divination powers. I was thinking of dropping one of the Chimera to give the Hereticus Inquisitor Psyker and adding 3 NDH to the Purgation Squad (for a "just in case the are charged"). With the Servo-Skulls, all the Psychic Barrages will not scatter as much (at least for a turn or two). The two Dreadknights advance quickly to harass the enemy while the Psykers move to hold objectives (and put pressure on the enemy).

can I ask the point of the Hereticus Inquisitor with Null Rod in a Psyker list.
Any unit he is attached to loses the ablility to use Psychic powers....

Null Rod: The bearer and his squad can't be affected by psychic powers, doesn't stop them from using them  

ummm read it again. The bearer and his squad cannot be affected by psychic powers, but neither can they generate any themselves

better use would be psyocculum. BS 10 against psykers etc. means you can just about reduce scatter of large blast fully!

From the GK Codex: Null Rod
A null rod is a power weapon. Any unsaved wounds caused by a null rod inflict instant death on psykers. Furthermore, the bearer (and his squad) cannot be affected by psychic powers (friendly or enemy) in any way.

It doesn't state that they can't use or generate powers, just not be affected by them.

True, both the GK codex and the Inq. Codex descriptions are similar. the don't mention anything about not able to manifest psychic powers.

How many psykers go on the chimeras? Psykers on foot will die at the first insult your opponent throws at them. Better reduce the number of psykers in each squad and try ti give them a transport.

The first three squads are 8 Psykers in each unit and there are 4 Chimera mounted squads. The last two squads are vulnerable to enemy fire, but I was going to walk them behind the Chimera with only one figure visible to use the Psychic Barrage.
