I intend on keeping the omi with the purgation squad for the prescience benefit, I'll deep strike the terminators. Hopefully I have enough scoring units but any suggestions welcomed, thanks brothers

Not bad, but like most lists I see you have a couple of not so useful/efficient upgrades which eat valuable points.
First up is the Inq, you're going to be keeping him with a mid range shooty squad yet he's armed with a short range gun and a daemon blade. If he's with a shooty squad give him a better gun, the obvious choice is the Termie/psycannon guy, but I've also found the hellrifle be useful, especially if you want him cheap, either way the daemonblade is somewhat wasted as you want that unit well away from CC.
Second is the banner on the termies, really not worth it for only 5 bodies as the bearer loses his NFW, either bump them up to 7-8 or use the points elsewhere(more halberds on the Interceptors?)
Third the psybolts are pointless on the purgation squad as they don't work with psycannons. You could probably lose the halberd as well, if that unit gets assaulted 1 halberd isn;t going to make much difference. Maybe give the psybolts to the Interceptors instead.

What bigbri said plus adding a dozor blade to the rhino will help. More interceptor bodies would be nice as well. The 10 man strike could lose 1 hammer and 2 halbards as they are no guys that are going to be more a sit and shoot unit

The plan is now to start the omi and servitors in the chimera and immediately disembark allowing the terminators a free ride the omi will the use the servitors as a screen whilst keeping the purgation squad in 12 inches for the presience buff . Also added bodies to the interceptors
Am I right in thinking that all my units are scoring units or is it just the ss and termies

Its just the GKSS and Termies that score, you could deploy the Chimera empty from the start I think

That being the case I think I need to think it out again, my major failing is my scoring units always die quickly

Im thinking the following, i'll put Coteaz and retinue into the chimera as a mobile platform for all the heavy weapons the servitors are carrying, they will also double as a objective grab unit.
The strike squad will man the Aegis defence line and again stand by as a objective grabber if needed.
Im going to put the librarian with the paladins and deep strike into the thick of the fighting, i think shrouding and sanctuary may be usefull here and at psy level 3 I'll probably take Presience too for the buff on shooting.

the Vindicare and the dreads will basically wreak havoc from where ever there positioned.

My questions with this list are as follows:
Can I use the vindicare on the Aegis line for his BS buff?
would i be better of swapping the Libbie out for a GM so i can get more scoring units?

Yes you can use the vindicare on the Aegis Line, just have him and a member of the strike squad toucing the gun and chose which one is useing it in the shooting phase.
I would swap theLlib fo the Grand Master, the reason you changed the list this time is that you were concerned about your scoring units not being tough enough, this list will not change his if the paladins are not scoring. It is always going to be an issue with most greyknight armies that you will feel that you do not have enough scoring bodies, the G.M helps you out here.
