Your farseer will be a hunted xenos.

He can't join the knights so his only option is the pathfinders. Unfortunately their camo-cloaks work against him. Their cover save will always be better than the farseer's so all your opponent needs to do is use 'focus fire' and every hit goes on him.
At least that's my understanding, I don't have the Eldar codex to hand.

Would he bet better off with doom rather than guide? If doom is placed on an enemy as a malediction wouldn't the grey knights still benefit from it?

Also, if he joins a combat alongside the Grey Knights he can use a sweeping advance which will overcome the terminators' weakness but how he stays alive and makes sure his random charge hits at the same time would be an issue.

Thanks Sai some very good points some I had not thought about, focus fire, which means he will just have to be out of los so they can't target him.
I thought about doom but guide will up my chances of taking out flyers with the snipers IMO. I know he can only put this on them and not the GK but I think it's worth it.
Good idea re sweeping advances might save that for a late in the game move.

I like it. Have you thought about mind war to snipe thunder hammer storm shield or artificer armor guys, though?

One problem that had been pointed out o me is that runes of warding will effect the grey knights also so may have to drop them

So I don't really cast any psychic powers and my force earphones auto activate without need to roll

First off force earphones made me lol. Secondly I have to say I really don't think this list is ever going to work. One of the best things about 6th imo is people can no longer block the likes of hammerhand as easily, however you're essentially paying points to do that to yourself in the hopes your opponent has a psyker of some kind. The other thing is the banners. Force weapons are not nearly as useful due to the new wound allocation, you're wasting a lot of points to maybe get a couple of force weapon attacks off.
