1500pt tournament list

My LGS is having a tournament soon and I'm currently thinking about bringing my knights out for a real fight. My main problem though is my lack of funds to buy any new models before the tournament in two weeks. I have a total of 10 PAGK, 5 Terminators (modeled as Paladins), a Rhino, a Razorback, a Land Raider Crusader, a Stormraven, a Grand Master/Librarian, 2 Dreadnoughts, 10 death cults, a Chimera, Inquistor Coteaz, and various guardsmen/henchmen. Currently my list looks like this:

HQ1 - Grand Master w/ Warding Staff - 210

The Total works out to 1498. Is there any suggestions to be made or short comings I may have? My only problems I've seen so far is where to put Coteaz. I know 2 of my opponents will be Leman Russ Guard and infantry Orks w/ Ghazzkull, other than these two armies it's a complete toss up as to who I'll be facing.

try to find the points for the grenades (rad, psychotropes, ...) in the GM gear they will be useful
and try to mix crusaders with the DCA, it makes the unit more resilient imho

id say get rid of the staff off of the gm...for the points you only get a 1 better on invul save in melee combat is not worth it
id say get some grenades as well

I've revised the list a bit, it's 1500 pts on the dot. The Searchlights are fillers, but if I face one Necron army with Solar Flares I will feel their points are justified.

I'd take the banner of of the paladins its not worth it in a 5man squad, replace it with a sword then you can use the the points elsewhere like for Henchmen

Too few troops choices. You need more. Relying entirely on the GM's Grand Stratagy for it is not a good idea.

G.M. - I do not have a problem with this guy
Coteaz - His main advantage is turning Henchmen into troops, you only have one unit of these, he just does not fit, drop him or bring more henchmen.
Strike squad - Good choice, could be better if you changed into 2 squads of 5 with razor backs
Henchmen - with 3 srotm bolters what are they bringing to your army that the strike squad is not already doing.
Psy Dred - no brainer
A C Dread - not to bad
Storm Raven - Would look at plasma cannons, better range, strength, and A.P then assult cannons
Paladins - Always hard to take at 1500 pt level due to points, would look at makeing them normal terminators to give you more troops.
So my List would be
G.M
2 x 5 man strike squads with hammers, psy cannon, and razorback with T.L Las or psy H.Bolters in each squad.
The 2 dreads you already have
Storm Raven with m.melta, Plasma Cannon and search light
G.K terminator squad
Do not have my book on me but if you have the points I would look at a Teckie

Go autocannon dreads, anything else is very sub optimal.
SR's aren't great unless the whole list is built around them.

You take coteaz for 3-6 troops never 1. I'd probably go for two squads with Razors with PsyAmmo, and then two with the LC loadout you have above. That way two are objective sitters that don't hvae much threat.

Sorry, just had a look at the origional post, and noticed the limited models.
change the g.m to a lib with shrouding, Scanct and other spells.
Split the strike squad and place on in the rhino and the razorback
Drop the storm raven
Add the Chimera for a henchmen squad.
Add more henchmen squads (with some anti tank or close combat punch, I still do not see a need for storm bolters on these)
if points are avaliable H.K Mis and searchlights all round

Thanks for all the help. I like the suggestions made, and I have decided on my list, based mostly on the fact that I know 3-4 of my opponents(2 of them are my brothers, the other 2 are guys I face on a weekly basis and almost always use the same list) and the limited access to models I have.

I will be facing a Guard Army (my first brother) with 5 Melta-Veteran squads, 4 chimeras, a vendetta and 3 Leman Russes (1 Demolisher, 1 Vanquisher with Knight Commander Pask, and a regular Leman Russ Battle Tank) and Guardsman Marbo.

My second brother will be running Ghazkull Thraka, 120 Ork Boys, a Battlewagon w/a Deffrolla, and a Big Mech with Kustom Force Field.

The 3rd army is a Razorback Spam Coteaz Army with 3 Psyfleman Dreadnoughts and a full 10 man Terminator squad.

And the possible 4th army is a Mechanized Battle Sisters army with 2 Exorcists.

I'm going to be playing very aggressively, trying to get into the enemies face as quickly as I can. I've played with the different components of this army, and I'm going to take a chance on this list.

I prefer the Assault Cannon to the Plasma Cannon because I tend to send the Stormraven after vehicles, as that's the meta in my area(excluding my Brother's Infantry Orks), and the Stormraven can do it reliably and quickly. The tournament is tomorrow and I have no more time to test units and debate their possible uses. I've settled on this list, accepting its shortcomings and just going to play for fun at this point, if I don't win, so be it.

I came in 3rd place overall. I failed a leadership test last round that cost me 1st place. Both the Land Raider and Stormraven survived all 3 games.
