My basic idea here is: Librarian + Termies on the deep strike to get in the action with summoned support from the Dreadnought, Inquisitor + Psykers in the Rhino blasting away along with the Venerable Dreadnought and Dreadknight (who can teleport to the front line to use that greatsword if need be).

Interesting list although I'm a little concerned w/ the low body count (even for a 1500pt list).

In your local club, do you guys agree that the homer is usable w/ Summoning? I know there's a lot of debate on that one because of the wording on the TH's description. If you can, then that's good.

Low troop count will be a real killer like Rivan said, even with GKT you probably want 15 at 1500 points minimum, and the Librarian needs shrouding with a GKT force. The Lib also seems overcosted. Should be 190 not 225, unless you didn't note down an upgrade (5 powers + TP homer right?)

The TLAC is definately the best dread setup and if you have HS slots free I'd take the cheaper normal Psyflemen dreads, its a reasonable chunk of points you can put into troops.

With that force your GKT also need Psycannons, since you are lacking anti tank, and the banner and Psyammo on the GKT is a waste of points.
If you get a 10 man squad then its more reasonable.

Normally you would camp the OXI backfeild to use his beamer properly, inside the rhino with the psykers is a waste. The range mismatch destroys his effectivity (and you can't move). They also don't benefit from his leadership anyway.

If you want to DS in you really need an Inq upgraded with Psychic Communion, on table turn 1, so you can get your units deepstriking ASAP otherwise most opponents will move up, destroy your skulls and watch you mishap yourself to death.

The DK is also pretty expensive

Spot on indeed. A 1250 version of this army (minus the DK) fell apart on me the other night. Inquisitor and psykers were completely useless - an expensive turret basically - and the termies got torn apart; deepstrike strategy failed, damn DOW deployment... and they took on the brunt of a vicious tyranid assault followed up by a pummeling from Chaos SMs.

Lib was overpriced because originally I had him with a wardingstaff... seemed frivolous.
