I'm not certain if this is what I want but it occurred to me nonetheless and I thought that I'd get somebodies opinion.

Stormraven - TL Multi-Melta and TL Assault Cannon

Dreadnought - TL Autocannon x2 and Psybolt Ammunition

The assassin, servitor unit (with Coteaz), and Dreadnought act as fire support while the Meltagun henchmen advance with the strike squads to take objectives. The Stormraven contains the Arcofallegents and the Librarian who can give them I10 and Str6 pretty easily turning them into a shock assault monster.
