Themed Army List Help

For Pre-Heresy Death guard. Since they're 'biggerised'*, I'm using the rules of GK terminators for a normal marine. The army will be Pre-Heresy Death Guard, with Allied Mechanicum allies and Imperial Army. The Ad. Mech. and Imperial Army both use Stormtrooper rules, with the Ad. Mech getting more 'exotic' weapons and gear. The Archaeo-TechMagos (Mechanicum leader) will be a low inquisitor for his rules.

HQ:

Death Guard Captain Vogaxes and Retinue (Grey Knight Hero and 4 GK Terminators)
• GK Hero with Psycannon (30pts)
• 4 Grey Knight Terminators

Elites:

Mechanicum Archaeo-Techmagos and Retinue (Inquisitor and 5 Henchmen)
• Inquisitor with Psycannon (30tpts) and Needle Pistol (5pts)
• 3 Warriors with Plasma Cannons (135pts)
• 2 Sages (20pts)

Death Guard Legion: Squad Anaximenes (Grey Knight Captain and 6 GK Terminators)
• Deep Strike
• Incinerator
Eversor Assassin? Don't know if I should include it, honestly.

Troops:

Skitarii (Storm Troopers, 1 Squad)
• 2 Plasma Guns
263rd Hypnaeon Rifles (Death Korps Grenadiers, 2 Squads)

Totals:
1 Grey Knight Grand Master – 141 + (gear)
1 Inquisitor – 20 + (gear)
3 Warriors + (3 Plasma Cannons) – 135 total
1 Grey Knight Captain – 61 + (gear)
10 Grey Knight Terminators + (Incinerator and Psycannon) – (460+40) 500pts
30 Storm Troopers + (3 Sergeant + 4 Plasma Guns + 2 Flamers) – (300+30+40+10) 380pts

I need to fill out more points. But with what? I can't think of a way to shoe-horn normal grey knights in power armour in there (unless perhaps as Mechanicum heavy infantry? I don't know) so should I get more Storm Troopers or IG?

Yeah. I went the old 'Shooty Inquisitor' route here... should I deep strike a squad of GK termies?

How is the list all round? I want it to be fluffy, but I dont' want to lose all the time.

I suck at army lists, so i don't look at them much.
