Getting Married!!!

I am getting married on Thursday August 9, 2012
I will not be around as much as usual, because we are going on our honey moon right after the wedding.
I will be checking in from time to time though
I have put off reading my copy of The Emperor's Gift so that I have something to read on the beaches between surf sessions

The wedding was perfect! The honey moon was also amazing! We went to Bali! Surf, Sun, Sexy time! What more could you ask for!?

A word of caution guys, pick your girlfriend carefully, they will be the ones who don't mind your wargaming habit, NOT the ones who suddenly declare that wargaming (or gaming in general) isn't allowed and turn into a tyrant.
I've seen plenty of the latter who have ruined good gamers/guys before dumping them and ruining their lives for a short period.
The former are much rarer and worth the wait!

I agree with you that marriage is not something to be rushed into. My wife and i were together for 10 years before we got married IMHO Marriage/life is about balance and compromise. My wife does not like gaming but that does not stop me. We compromise, if you want to be able to do whatever you want whenever you want to, don't get married :p
