I want something which is good in combat but still have deadly shooting so what about this

TOTAL:1500 pts

So the tactic will be:Techmarine upgrade any terrain and psykers will hide there and meybe any inquisitor too but the inquisitors will try to be 48-72 far from the enemy,terminator squad goes to deep strike,grey knight strike squads go toward objectives.

i think the psykers aren't worth their points. Too fragiles.
when you roll a warp peril every psyker of the unit are targeted with it.
you'd better rely on Hbolters, plasma or even stormbolter... or meltas for anti-tank task, though you've got the beamers for that.

Also, you can't have 3 inquisitors. Max 2 HQ slots.

your better of taking a conversion beamer instead of it. the orbital strike looks good on paper but always scatters the full 2d6, even on a hit and with skulls. stick to the conversion beamer its more effective.
