1500 Point Grey Knights Army List
Well after reading a bit more over Mordrak and his Ghost Knights, and pondering on what they could really do for an army. I decided to try my hand at at an all Grey Knights Terminator list that has some fluff involved in how it'll work. I'm not expecting to be much of a hammer, but to have some fun with risky tactics that the Grey Knights are widely known for.
HQ - Grand Master Mordrak - 5x Ghost Knights - Brotherhood Banner, 4x Halberds
HQ - Grand Master - Master-Crafted Psycannon, Master-Crafted Halberd, 3x Servo-skulls, Rad-grenades, Blind grenades, Psychotroke grenades
3x Troops - Grey Knight Terminators (3 Five man squads) - Psycannon, Master-crafted Daemon hammer, Brotherhood Banner, 3x Halberds (All three squads will look the same).
This army is small but it's based around Deep Striking deep into the heart of the Enemies forces. At the start, the GM will tag along with Mordrak and deep strike into the most advantageous position where he can potentially wreck something with his Psycannon (Not sure if having it master-crafted will help it much considering that he already has as re-roll from being BS6). Having both the Mordrak and the GM has two benefits, one I get a first turn deep strike without any scatter and I should if the dice gods aren't being fickle with me, to get the rest of my army on the table turn 2. Hopefully based on deployment style, the skulls should help quite a bit with them coming in, but they should be fine for the most part. I know that it's risky only having 7 models on the table for turn 1, but they are all wearing terminator armor and would benefit from stealth from the Ghost Knights. With having two GM's there though, I will be able to take 2 different rules from Grand Strategy and enhance the units even more.
I do have a question though, would the GM benefit from the Banner being that he is attached to the unit? It wouldn't make much of a difference since Mordrak will benefit it the most considering that he is part of the unit. Though if he is an Upgrade character for the unit, then if the squad wants to cast a spell, will it use him instead of a Ghost?
Either way, this should be a fun army to play with. All Grey Knight Terminators and all Deep Striking.

I'd say drop the grandmaster and fill in some purufiers, as this will overcome your small army problem
