DB´s Salamanders list collection Empty DB´s Salamanders list collection

Here´re some of my Salamanders lists. Some are tested some others not.

1500 Points:

HQ:
Vulkan He´Stan 190 points

Elite:
Sternguard Veteran squad 255 points
7 Veterans, 5 Combi-Melta, 2 heavy Flamers
Droppod

Venerable Dreadnought 185 points
Assault Cannon, DCCW with heavy Flamer

Dreadnought 125 points
2 twin-linked Autocannons

Troops:
Tactical Squad 210 points
10 Marines, Meltagun, Multi-Melta
Rhino

Tactical Squad 210 points
10 Marines, Meltagun, Multi-Melta
Rhino

Heavy Support:
Predator Annihilator 165 points
twin-linked Laser Cannon, 2 Laser Cannons

Predator Annihilator 165 points
twin-linked Laser Cannon, 2 Laser Cannons

The list works quit easy. He´Stan and the Sternguards come in in the first round with the droppod and blow away the target that is most dangerous to the army. For example, Land Raiders or Broadside suits. Most the time the Sternguards are dead after the first round, but that´s ok. They had played their role. They had killed their target and they had absorbed the enemy fire for one round. Normally He´Stan survives and rampaged through the enemy lines. I know what most of you will say: That´s expensive for a one-shot wonder. But believe me, no victory without sacrifices. The Dreads and the Preds gives long-range support fire and the Tac Squads took the mission object.

1750 Points:

List 1:

HQ:
Vulkan He´Stan 190 points

Elite:
Sternguard Veteran squad 265 points
7 Veterans, 5 Combi-Melta, 2 heavy Flamers
Droppod Locator Beacon

Terminator Assault squad 240 points
6 Terminators, Thunderhammer and Stormshield

Dreadnought 125 points
2 twin-linked Autocannons

Troops:
Tactical Squad 210 points
10 Marines, Meltagun, Multi-Melta
Rhino

Tactical Squad 210 points
10 Marines, Meltagun, Multi-Melta
Rhino

Fast Attack:
Bike Squad 175 points
5 Bikes, 2 Meltaguns, Power Weapons

Heavy Support:
Predator Annihilator 165 points
twin-linked Laser Cannon, 2 Laser Cannons

Predator Annihilator 165 points
twin-linked Laser Cannon, 2 Laser Cannons

This list works very similar like the 1500 points list. The Terminators will use the Locator Beacon of the Droppod to land close to He´Stan and the Sternguards. In best case they will arrive at the second turn. He´Stan would join them and your opponent has, after the first-round-Sternguard-quick-kill, something new to worry about. The Bikes, Preds and the Dreadnought will give, again, long-range support.

List 2:

HQ:
Vulkan He´Stan 190 points

Librarian 190 points
Terminator Armour, Stormshield, The Avenger and Gate to Infinity

Elite:
Ironclad Dreadnought 230 points
DCCW, Seismic Hammer, 2 heavy Flamers, Ironclad Assault Launcher, 2 Hunter-Killer Missiles
Droppod, Locator Beacon

Terminator Assault squad 200 points
5 Terminators, Thunderhammer and Stormshield

Troops:
Tactical Squad 210 points
10 Marines, Meltagun, Multi-Melta
Rhino

Tactical Squad 210 points
10 Marines, Meltagun, Multi-Melta
Rhino

Tactical Squad 175 points
10 Marines, Meltagun, heavy Bolter

Heavy Support:
Predator Annihilator 165 points
twin-linked Laser Cannon, 2 Laser Cannons

Predator Annihilator 165 points
twin-linked Laser Cannon, 2 Laser Cannons

That´s the list i´ve used last WE. He´Stan will join the Tac Squad without Rhino. He will help to hold a mission object and to lead counter attacks. The Ironclad will come in at the first round. AV13 is enought to keep the enemy busy untill the Terminators and the Librarian arrives. Together they will be fire magnets and hopefully kill alot.
The Tac Squads will go for the mission objects and the Preds will deal with enemy tanks and/or heavy infantry/HQs.

With all three lists my gaming style is very agressive. I´m willing to sacrifice very expensive units, but i had have great success with that.
