What comes in the Boxes?

I am new to the GK and I was wondering what comes in the boxes? I know there metal, so, for example, in the PAGK box do they all have their arms seperate, heads seperate... and then same for the termies.

You'll get one Justicar with storm-bolter arm, three Grey Knights with storm-bolter arms, one Grey Knight with an Incinerator and four nemesis force weapons (one sword, three halberds).

great thanks, now I know I can swap the halberds for another weapon so I can get a more varied force.

And the terminators, if I remember correctly, have all arms seperate, containing 4 terminators and a brother captain, 5 NFW arms, 4 stormbolter arms (one is pointing) and an incinerator arm.
And then some small shields for on the front of the shoulder.

Hmmm.... So for the terminators I could use the body and add any weapons I wanted. Thats good (not that I have a ton of terminator arms laying around).

Well the Brother-Captain is set up where his Nemesis Force Weapon (Halberd) is basically his forearm holding the weapon, compared to having the arms placed at the joints of the other terminators. But yes, the arms for the "normal" terminators come with both arms off at the shoulders.

Could the heads very easily be removed? I'm just wondering, might model as though the helmet got torn off and is on the base of the model, since it doesn't seem very GKish to go into battle without a helmet.

The heads would have to be cut off.

I wish the metal models came in more parts. I like the heft, compared to the plastic, but the converting is harder.
