Battle Report Imaging Tool

Here's something I'm sure many of you have seen and heard before that lets you illustrate battle reports in detail. It's called Vassal 40k, it's free to download and quite easy (and fun!) to use.

I have used this battle report tool for a couple of battles with my brother it has other uses which can not be mentioned and think I have posted about it hear before.

My friend always tries to get me to play a few games on Vassal :p
can't say I have ever been interested.

Well I'd be up for a battle if anyone could show me how, I just know how to place the sprites.

I must admit it is very handy for new build tests and ideas.

I spent like an hour trying to install it, then trying to get it work, then trying to get an army list plotted, and in the end decided its not worth the trouble, I would rather put my army in its box and head to the GWS 10 mins away and get a random game.

For it to work really well you need to use something like skype so you can speak to your opo

That's easy enough, you can use a laptop mike, right?

No inquisitor with psycannon though!

Laptop mic should work, although it may suck.

Yep laptop mike would work but when the fan kicks in the person you speaking to can hardly hear
