1250pt league list help

Joining my brothers league and they are currently running 1250 and im having issues building a decent list. Im limited on models available and currently have no psycannons available to me, $10 each on ebay is dumb. Here is what I have to build with:
1 terminator with sb and sword (generally use him as my gm or possibly thawn if I use libby hq)
1 libby in terminator armour with sb and halberd
10 terminators with sb and halberds (one banner if I mod)
2 pagks with incinerators
1 pagk with sb and sword (could be 2 as I have an extra sword I can mod)
17 pagks with halberd and sb
2 mortis dreadnoughts (tlac)
1 venerable with psycannon (assault+psybolt) and dccw wit sb (my one fw model)
1 god hammer lr with mm and sb
1 vindicare (as soon as my brother finds it)
1 NDK with h. flamer and hammer (in the mail, no extra bits)
3 scratch made servo skulls (yay dollar tree)

I love dreadnoughts and my lr but I know I probably can't use the lr and all the noughts. Any help would be appreciated brothers. Also I would like to add I don't like playing strictly to win, I like fluff and prefer to play for fun versus best possible meta game, psycannon spam, draigo-wing, etc.

I should add alot of my models are metal or otherwise un-moddable (space hulk terminators ftw?) lol

5 x Purifiers (2 incinerator, 3 halberd)
2 x 5 Terminators
2 x Psydreads
Godhammer (multi-melta)

or

Crowe (PA sword + SB model)
10 x Purifiers (2 incinerators, 8 halberds)
10 Terminators
3 x Dreads (as equipped)

You could also come up with variants dependant on using the Terminator with sword and SB as either an OM Inq or Draigo - your best placed to judge how that will go over.

I would have to mod a metal terminator to add a shield to make him draigo and I thought crowe wore artificer armour?

Correct on both fronts, though spare parts from a PA box could be used to make artificer armour (purity seals, etc) and if you cut a bit of card into a shield shape you could easily blu-tac a Draigo!

I know its not perfect but.... it all depends on how strict they are - I use a modified Templar champion as Crowe/Champion. I added a spare storm bolter and some purity seals.

Crowe would be a good single model to add to your force as all your PA marines are halberd's which are expensive to run as strike squads.

You would obviously benefit from psycannon's, both for the terminators and the purifiers, also transports would be usefull as well when you decide to expand.

You have some great models to choose from although mostly in the support slot. I think dreads are too expensive to use as venerable now with the 6th edition changes, that means you have to choose 3 from 5.

I would normally say go three dreads (and I do like the psycannon/SB loadout as it means added CC punch and a reinforced aegis for the squad it runs with) though that means your army is footslogging.

At least the Raider gives you one transport which means only the terminators are on foot and they can hide behind it or DS.

I will add some psycannons eventually but not going to fill all slots with them, I am one of those that wants to incorporate psilencers and falchions into my army. Also as I said terminator psycannons are going for $10 each! I'm a poor college student, hence the rag tag army lol.

Falchions look cool so I mixed in a few to my terminators (partly to wound allocate when using them as palladins in 5th)

I do struggle to see the merit to psilencers though. Ill prob do a nose job on my spare ones and use them as terminator psycannons.

Can you get a picture of those paper attack bikes and post it on here, they sound amazing! (from a man thats been known to use gremlin toys as tyranid bio-titans and 2nd WW remote control tanks as baneblades!)

Based on the models you have here is what I would do at 1250:

GM – NFS, Blind, Rad, and 1xServo Skull
2x Terminator squad all SB/Halberds (I’d convert 1 hammer in each squad if possible)
Vindicare assassin
NDK – PT, Heavy Incinerator, and 2x doom fists (Don’t need the hammer)
2 Psyfledreads (2x TLAC + Psybolt)

Comes out to 1250 exactly. Even though your termies do not have Psycannons you have plenty of shooty goodness and versatility for such a low point game. Remember Grand Strategy can help you with scoring bodies as well.

very similar to the list I was looking at my self. My luck is usually with me and don't have top worry about scoring units too often but I would love to have a scouting ndk and vindicare, so much pain so early Thanks for the help will try that out this weekend if I can get a game in.
