1250 40k league list

So, this is the list I am going to run. Any advice would be appreciated.

HQ - Libby - Psi lvl 3, Might of Titan

Troops - 4 squads of 10 GKPA with 2 psicannons

Elite - 3 Paladins with Hammers

The Libby will be in the same squad as the Paladins using his Might of Titan ability to turn the Paladins into close combat wrecking balls (up to 12 str hammer hits ). While I deep strike in the GKPA to where ever they are needed.
If I had more points I would buy another Libby power and servo skulls.

i don't understand the meaning of a libbie psy 3 with only 1 psy power that stacks but which, if i'm not mistaken, can't be cast many time with the same model in one player's turn ... ?
And by the way i don't think that the hammers are worth there points for the pallies. Halberds are better imho... they have their NFW that can instakill multi-PV models with a psy test and init 6 with the halberds.
you can take one hammer for the vehicles in cc, just in case, but that's all. And don't forget that quicksilver don't work with the hammers ... nothing works : they always have init. 1

I agree with Aubec the lev 3 psyker adds nothing to the army, better to get some more spells, and if you intend to deep strike the squads then skulls would come in handy as well.
The highest Str you can get is 10 on any attack, and one hammer will do the job in the pal squad, the others should be with halb to increace the chance of getting that hammer off.
Start at least 2 squads on the board with the lib or he will get shot down early (palies are tough but not that tough)

the justicars all have MC psicannons
