Two 1500 points lists, opinions needed.

Going to be playing a 1500 point league in the future and need some opinions on two lists.

First List.

Ok, so the first list i intended for the Dreadknight to be outflanking using the Gm's grand strategy, and the GM and Paladins to rool in the LRC. Then hold off if i can while the dreadknigh comes out, as he comes out i either jump or shunt with the two interceptor squads to get in the enemys face. Maine problem is smaller squad may not survive for long. The second list uses less squads but higher numbers within them. Also, the Libraian i switched in along with the Paladins have no transport so im worried about them walking. Could possibly deep strike. Any advice?

i prefer the second one more versatile imho

Oh, by the way in the second list the GKIS should be 280 not 220pts, so what would it add to now

Ah, it appears you're right, thank you for pointing that out.

I like the first list but with a few changes.
Drop the E.A on the land raider (not needed)
Join the 2 interceptors (they can combat squad later if needed)
Move the psy cannons to the strike squads
Drop the warding stalf on the G.M and give him a sword (still has a 3+ inv save in combat)
Add a hammer and Psy bolts to the intreceptors
