2k List "Everything but the kitchen sink"

I put together this list for a league night at my local store, looking for some help identifying weaknesses with it.

HQ1: Inquisitor Cortez (100)

HQ2: Librarian (MoT, Warp Rift, Sanctuary) (165)

Troop1: 10 man GKSS (2 Psycannon, Hammer, Psybolt ammo) +Rhino (290)
Troop2: Warband A x2 Jockaero, x3 servitors W/MultiMelta, x6 WA W/Storm Bolters +Chimera (197)
Troop3: Warband B x2 Jockaero, x10 WA W/Storm Bolters +Chimera (195)
Troop4: Warband C x10 WA W/Storm Bolters +Chimera (125)
Troop5: 5 man Termies (psycannon, Hammer, Halbards) Footslog (225)

Elite1: Venerable Dreadnought (Psyrifleman) (195)

Heavy1: Dreadnought (Psyrifleman) (135)
Heavy2: Nemesis DK (Heavy Cinnie, Nem Greatsword) (185)
Heavy3: Nemesis DK (Heavy Cinnie, Nem Greatsword) (185)

Total: 1997

Weaknesses:
Obviously it's lacking in Psycannon spam
the warbands are pretty squishy one they're out of the transports.
termies and libby footslogging
pretty much a shooting army, probably not going to fare well in the assault phase

Strengths:
Tons of troops for objective games
VERSATILITY with 2 Psyrifleman, 2 Dreadknights, lots of troop types
"paper deathstars" a couple chimeras running around with Multimeltas and Jockaeros shooting lascannons, flamers, etc


I've never seen a list with 2 dreads and 2 NDKs which is why i wanted to try it, had to make one of the Psyrifleman a Venerable to accommodate the force org chart but still fit in pretty much everything i wanted under 2k

i really do like the list and think it can do pretty well.

as a sidenote, dont underestimate the survivability of the henchmen warbands.. standin in cover they can become a very hard unit to get shot down.

If you could clear out a couple of seats in a chimera, you could load your librarian in it. Use the points to purchase shouding and give some of your chimeras stealth. I think that Cotaez would appove of giving his ride a coversave( and in a fluffy sense, being able to sneek up on what ever is threatening his sector). Pair that with the reinforced ageas and psychic hood and it looks like a winner. I'm going to try to write out a similar list and see if I see any thing else I can suggest.
