So I'm probably not the only one knows about this but there is a site heroforge which lets you customize you own miniature which they create and ship out to you.
Regrettably there is not much(meaning nothing) that it can do to make Grey Knights. But there options for a custom inquisitor or henchmen.
Have any of you all used it?

Pretty interesting. I have not used this site, I prefer to customize my own minis. I can definitely see the appeal of this site though. I would have loved it back when I used to play D&D.

Re: HeroForge
That one is awesome
And considering what you get, the price isn't too much either. I don't know how the quality of the 3D prints are though.
For fun, here are a few of my builds.

https://www.heroforge.com/load_config=36193
https://www.heroforge.com/load_config=36294 (This ones based on a friend of mine, and it's an injoke, still, a funny model)
https://www.heroforge.com/load_config=36592

If anyone gets a custom model, i'm interested in knowing the quality, since you can get interesting poses and gear kinda easily.

I actually have a custom model of a Female Paladin(no setting in mind). I ordered her ultra detail before Christmas where she arrived from the hospital I mean factory last Saturday.
Here's a picture of here

The website is awesome. It's like creating a character for a video game.

Re: HeroForge
i'm a little wary about the details and the fact that they use a translucid resin, where the details are harder to see, is part of that doubt...
could you send me a reassuring post brother Thunder Shark ? Or a closer pic ?... please ?

I'll try to send a closer pick once I work my camera. But anyway the armor and accessory details are excellent the face not so much. But it not terrible. The real problem is that her scythe broke off and I still have not fully glued to back on.

Re: HeroForge
I think a painted/primed model could bring out the detail better for eventual pics.

Lol! So Brother K wants you to glue the model, prime and paint it, then post pics for us
Within the next 24 hours would be great

Re: HeroForge
I did not buy her with the intention of painting her. Yes I don't paint all of my models such as my metal Slann Mage Priest and some of my retired models. In fact paint might actually obscure details.
If anyone has a way of finding her perceptive on the matter. I might listen .
Finally I may be going out of town this week so may time is limited.

Re: HeroForge
Ey, i'm not doubting it when you say that the model is good quality.
It's just that a picture of a semi-clear resin model is (chockingly and surprisingly) not as detailed as holding said model and spinning it around.
So if you don't intend to paint it, then there's the question if anyone else has gotten a heroforge model and is going to paint it.
