real LEGION OF THE DAMD for trade.

i have 2 unopen blisters of legion of the damd space marines
one sarge and 2 troopers

i purcheced them several years a go in the goal of making a full LOFTD but i never got around to it.

so i am offering themm up to you guys

If you have somthing to trade thas worth my while , they are yours .

i am interested in anything loyalist related, it depends on what it is , quantety and condition

my current armies are demonhunter (ofcourse) ultramarines, spacewolf armagedon steel legion.

would be interested in witch hunters and ig as well , special caracters from other loyalist armies as well not to mention veicles (am a real tread head)
i may be tempted by rogue trader era figs , namly nice looking beeky marines

I may sound a little Greedy saying this but i am not selling thies guys to get rid of them , if i dont get anything thas realy worth it i am keeping em and probebly paint em for a competiction somday , just atm i am consentrating on the 3 armies that i am playing.
NOTE i may be getting a couple more from a trade in progress , ther allready badly painted but ther LOTD non the less.

I have a couple of metal Veteran Marines (one with a massive double bladed power axe and Plasma Pistol - and the other with a Chainsword and Bolt Pistol) and some plastic ones, both with Plasma Pistols and Chainswords and one of the plastics has a beaky head.

I could also put up some random marines, I have a squad with too many special weapons, a missile launcher, a flamer, a plasma gun and a meltagun. I could give you the missile trooper and 2 of the special weapons, name your choice. Or I could just give you the whole squad ( the afore-mentioned marines plus 3 guys with bolters).

All of these above are painted Ultramarines, maybe not spectaculary, but I think they're alright, except the metal models, but you could always put them in paint stripper (I think). Some of the transfers I put on are coming away, but then again, you could try to paint in the stuff thats dissapered.

I also have a Death Cult Assasin, the one with a single power sword, and is painted dark red, black and Gold.

I also have a Space Wolf scout I don't need, I bought seven and we can only have a max of six in a squad (D'oh!) who is armed with a Bolt Pistol and Combat Knife. He should only have an undercoat of black though.


I don't think I'll give you all of them for the LotD guys so take your pick of the ones you want most, and we'll see how it goes.

i will know space marine wise in a couple of weeks , i got a huge trade coming up.
what i want to build is a veteran SHOOTY squad unvortunatly each time i find Rogue trador marines i like on ebay , i get out bidded.

i can always use more melta/plasma guns , heavy weapon wise what i realy need are multi meltas and plasma cannons , to punish trator marines with.
what i could use are unused marines (*legs) to finish my SW army

i would have to think about the deathcult assasin , i dont own any atm and using a single one is a wasr of an Elite choice

well a wolfscout is a woldscout , i was going to convert some regular scouts but this guy will fit in with the havoc squad skinner pack nicely.

again i will know better what i need after the other trade and i can make the effort to get the other lotd marines

btw the lotd are going to be in the new codex

I know, and apparantly they have a 3+ Invulnerable save, which is just crazy. I think that thats only for a random squad helping a main SM army though, so I'd rather just use the rules I made for them when I play a pure LotD army. Legs are really hard to come by, but you could have a look on a bitz shop on the internet somewhere to get some.

as a choice for a regular army you say ... hmmmm worth considering keeping the scarry little buggers if i can get the rest.

I already have 17/18 of them, including the sergent, a flamer, a missle launcher, a Heavy Bolter, and Sergent Centurius, ( maybe all of the old model stances if not most of them)so I may wait to see if they bring out a Conversion kit, or some more proper models.

i think you can still orders most of the bodies online

i wonder what i can do to the tau with thies guys or if can i still deep strike a landrader?

In the rules I made LotD have only Dreadnaughts, Rhinos and Land Speeders as Tanks, but seeing as there's no official rules for a whole army of them, go crazy. Deep Strike that Land Raider, Charge out of a deep strike, shove an autocannon on a rhino, the possibilities are endless!!!

Legion are now a unit choice in the new SM codex, so sorry, no more special rules like above.

Just another random ally. You can only take one squad if I remember correctly.

Thats okay then, I'll use those rules when I use a Squad as an Ally, and my own when I play my full Army (17 Marines...)

Any idea on whether or not Sergent Centurius and the Animus Malorum is included in the new rules?

Not sure. I don't think he is.
