What a fight is was. The list was as follows.

Note: Tancred's Squad is not a retinue for Alaric. He prefers the company of power armoured brothers.

4x Grey Knights- Haulvarn, Clostus, Vien

The Mission, to deliver the Bio Toxins to the two objectives. For the tyranids obvly it was to take these objectives too. Deployment was Dawn of War.
The Tyranids gained the upper hand in deployment. Alaric now knowing where his enemy was deployed in cover. He and Justicar Santoro's Squad set up together in a defensive postion ready to counter attack when the time was right. Justicar Dvorn's Squad set up away from the main force ready to claim the middle objective in a last few turns rush. Brother Captain Tancred's Squad had to start off the table.

First turn of the Tyranid advance was like a river flowing towards the Grey Knights. Yet they would break upon them like water against rock. All the Tyranid units moved and fleeted towards Alaric's position.

First turn of the Grey Knights. The Tyranids positioned at the front 30 guants, behind them was the Hive Tyrant and 10 Genestealers. Further back was the other 10 genestealers and the Fex. Brother Captain Tancred's Squad turned up from behind Alaric and helped lay down some impressive fire power into the gaunts. Dvons Squad moved into position for their rush onto the objective.
"Alien Filth!" Alaric Roars as he lets loose with soul destorying lightening bolts. "Take defensive positions on that hill Brothers!"

Tyranid turn 2. The Hive Mind was cunning indeed, the guants had positioned themselves infront of the Tyrant. The genestealers cowarded also behind the chaff known as the guants. The Fex and the other genestealers continue to roll 6's for there run move! Curse these Aliens! The Spine guants now sprayed their twin-linked ammo upon Brother Captain Tancreds Squad!
"Hold, Brothers! We are the Emperor's Finest! We shall not Die this night!" Bellowed Brother Captain Tancred.
Thank the Emperor too as there was at least 10 saves to be made and not one Brother fell!

Grey Knight turn 2. Alaric saw his chance.
"Brothers! Now is our time to strike hard and to strike true! For the Emperor!" Shouted Alaric. Justicar Santoro's squad charged along with Alaric and to join him also was Brother Captain Tancred and his Squad. Justicar Dvorn waited eagerly to move onto his objective. "Open fire Brothers! Mykros! Karlin! Burn these Aliens!" ordered Tancred.
After firing into the numerous gaunts the two squads charged in. The Sheer Impact of the grey Knights decimated the gaunts leaving very few left. the few that remained failed their many fearless saves and were crushed! Horahh....

"HOLD!!!!"
Tyranid turn 3. The Genestealers hit home and after letting loose with many devourers the Tyrant also charged in. the Fex and the other Genestealers are close behind also. Combat! With the Genestealers striking first and with rending it was looking bad. However! The Emperor blessed our armour Brothers! only a single rending, sadly the amount of attacks proved to much for Thane and Mykros! Tancred's Squad took the worse of it even though I was passing many, many saves. Benin and Krae fell to the Alien spawned Hive Tyrant! Golven Hit home into the Tyrant taking a wound but he was being seperated from the rest of his squad! Santoro hit firm and fast taking out 3 genestealers his squad joining him. Alaric and Tancred back to back swiped away 4 genestealers between them. "Come Brothers!" shouted Tancred as he knelt. Alaric knew what was to come next. Holocaust! Genestealers few in all directions. Because of Tancreds quick thinking Combat was won and the Tyranids took their Fearless saves accordingly.

Grey Knight turn 3. Justicar Dvorn to saw his chance also and made a move towards the middle objective. Combat now being a lot easier going on Santoro's Squad was not so for Tancred's squad as The Tyrant Contined to butcher them. Karlin fell under his tendrils however Golven Fought on even with the wound he took, his armour blessed him to fight on. As Tancred ran into assist The Tyrant battered him to the ground and stabed its claw through his lower chest for a killing blow! NOOO TANCRED! all was not lost... Alaric and Santoro's Squad finished the remaining genestealers and moved towards the Tyrant.

Tyranid turn 4. Alaric look relieved as Santoro dispatched the remaining genestealer. Suddenly the ground began to shake... "Alaric! Carifex!" Screamed Afennor. Alaric turned to face a humungous beast the size of a large dreadnought. "By the Emperor... Squad form on me!" Ordered Alaric. Golven was tossed back by the Tyrant "Emperor shield me" he whispered. As he charged, the Tyrant broke his arm and Golven land face down in the dirt. As he turned the Tyrant pierced his armour through the chest. As Golven' vison began to fade he saw a Halberd penetrate through the Tyrants torso! It was Tancred! I passed his Bionics Save! He scored a total of 3 wounds on him too! Not far away Alaric and Santoro's Squad fought on against the genestealers and the Carifex. the Fex Trampled over Caanos! and Alaric managed to dodge a killing blow. Alaric and Afennor dispatched more genestealers and Santoro leaped towards the Fex failing to wound but clung himself to its back. Emperor be praised we won the combat and forced fearless saves. With the Tyrant only reamining with one wound Tancred saw his chance, as he withdrew his Halbred from the Tyrant he channelled all his hate and rage into one powerful throw as the Tyrant tried to cower. He rolled a 1 for his fearless save! Right between the eyes!

Grey Knight turn 4. Dvorn moved onto his objective and Vien began to deliever the Bio toxin, Justicar Dvorn looked over the horizon to only see more gaunts! They are Without number! He ordered his squad to open fire...
As the Carifex stamps around he crushes Afennor! Alaric must have been distracted by this as he fails to wound with his force weapon! NO! But whats this Go Tancred! "FOR THE EMPEROR!" Tancred bellows. As he leaps his body only manages to meet the swinging mace tail of the Carifex, Tancred was down! Obvly enraged by this Santoro stands upon the Fex's back and lifts his Nemesis mace and lands 3! Yes 3! wounding blows! Winning the combat. However the Fex seemed uneffected.

Tyranid turn 5. It was starting to look bad for the Tyranids. They were now unorganised as they advanced and the remaining guants slowly made their way towards Justicar Dvorns squad. Justicar Santoro however was now thrown across the floor by the Fex and it began to charge, Santoro stood readying for his final moments! Santoro could hear chanting... "FOR THE EMPEROR!" he could hear. IT WAS TANCRED! Yes I passed another Bonics save! My opponent at this point was raging Tancred leaped in front of the beast and wounded it whilst passing his save along with Santoro. Tancred nodded to Alaric. "Now! Alaric! Finish it!" he roared. Alaric Leaped, his Nemesis blade reflected in his eyes as he sliced open its back. Alaric now had to concentrate, and with one powerful thought the beast was drained! VICTORY!....

Grey Knight turn 5. "This is Justicar Dvorn! We need back up now!" The swarm had finally reached his position and with overwelming force. "We are on our way Justicar" replied Alaric. "Santoro take this Veil deliever it to the objective just infront of that tree line". He continued.
"Understood Grand master." Obeyed Santoro. Tancred looked at Alaric. "One more time..."
"One more time, Brother." answered Alaric. "FOR THE EMPEROR!" they bellowed, they both charged towards Justicar Dvorn's position.

Tyranid turn 6. "There is to many!...." were the last words of Clostus.
"Hold Brothers" shouted Dvorn. Lykkos was the next to fall to the sheer numbers of the gaunts. Dvorn cracked another gaunt over the head with his Nemsis hammer. Vien continued to deliever the BioToxin as ordered even if it ment his death. after losing combat Haulvarn fell to fearless saves.

Grey Knight turn 6. "Charge!" Screamed both Tancred and Alaric as they smashed each gaunt they came across. Santoro had reached his objective and began to deliever the Toxin. The gaunts were slaughtered and fell back only to be caught by Tancred and Alaric. With the Bio Toxin finally fully delievered (The game ended) Victory was to the Grey Knights! Wooooooh

You are correct Brother Nausaden, The Sword of Mandulis. I intend on converting the sword, however it will prove difficult as it needs to be shaped in some way to a lightening bolt. Any Ideas?

Funny you should mention the list at the moment it has only lost once. And that was to Dreadnought spam, Space Wolf style. Curse their Feralness. My opponent said to me after that once I had put my 16 models out he thought he had already won

I might do another. For the solo reason a had a game after that one which was just as funny ^^

Well said Brother ZoDan, as for the sword I'd just get a normal Grey Knight Terminator blade *Say, Stern's even* and paint it really awesomely, with the lighting trailing up the blade etc.
