2000 point Dreadknight Heavy
So after playing, and losing, a lot with the 7th Ed Grey Knight codex, I have made a master list that has proven very worthy. A bit of fluff for my personal taste as I really love the Nemesis Dreadknight. This list is very elite and low model count but the Dreadknight has proven to be a hard thing to take down. I have only played this against Space Marines, have yet to see what it will do against other armies.
I use 2 detachments, Combined arms and Nemesis Strike Force together to form the list.
COMBINED ARMS
HQ Librarian, Mastery 3, Storm Bolter
TROOP 5 Terminators, 1 Daemonhammer, 1 Psycannon, Justicare has Halberd
TROOP 5 Terminators, 1 Daemonhammer, 1 Psycannon, 4 Halberds
HEAVY Nemesis Dreadknight, Personal Teleporter, Heavy Psylencer, Heavy Psycannon
HEAVY Nemesis Dreadknight, Personal Teleporter, Heavy Psylencer, Heavy Psycannon
HEAVY Nemesis Dreadknight, Personal Teleporter, Heavy Psylencer, Heavy Psycannon
NEMESIS STRIKE FORCE
HQ Librarian, Mastery 3, Storm Bolter
TROOP 5 Terminators, 1 Daemonhammer, 1 Psycannon
HEAVY Nemesis Dreadknight, Personal Teleporter, Heavy Incinerator, Heavy Psycannon, Nemesis Great Sword
HEAVY Nemesis Dreadknight, Personal Teleporter, Heavy Incinerator, Heavy Psycannon, Nemesis Great Sword
Both Librarians roll on Telepathy. I have a very good chance to get Invisibility and/or Shrouding. Both of which are very valuable to the army. The 2 Dreadknights in the Nemesis Strike Force have the Great Sword because, due to their flame weapon, they have to get a bit closer so will undoubtedly end up in CC first.
Total count is 17 Terminators and 5 Dreadknights. After playing with many combinations in the book I find this to be the best for my play style so far. The dreadknight cost close to the same as 5 terminators anyway but is harder to kill and has way more firepower and maneuverability. The better choice over 5 terminators in my opinion. 14 psychic dice still means I maintain control of that phase. Placing the Psylencer dreadknights inside ruins allows me to use the cover save instead of using dice for sanctuary.
Many people may give some hate on the low model count and use of that many dreadknights but given how hard they are to kill, I actually think this is a better list than my previous ones. Low model count is the name of the game with Grey Knights anyway, unfortunately..lol I do know it is easy to design an army specifically to destroy this one (grav guns, etc..) but those lists will destroy almost any grey knight list so I am not worried about that.
Please give me your thoughts and explain any/every weakness. I would love to know how you would beat this list so I can prepare as well.

I think the list looks great!
I love Terminators, Librarians, and Dread Knights! So all good here.
This list forces the opponent to really think about what they are going to focus their fire on, while at the same time giving you enough mobility to keep them on their back foot.
There may be the odd player that shouts "spam", but as you have pointed out the list is not invincible, and there are ALWAYS whiners!
I do not really play much anymore, more in it for the models these days. So, that being said... Do you need anti air? And the Nemesis Strike Force is ok with 1 troop choice?

Yes the Nemesis Strike Force only requires 1 HQ and 1 Troop base. They do not have the objective secured special rule but gain the ability to roll for deep strike reserve on turn one and also to run and shoot in same turn they arrive via deep strike. It only allows 2 heavy support slots but that's fine because I ran out of points anyway.

I really like this list and it's completely possible to bring it in under 1750 pts by equipping lighter. I've also been experimenting with two detachments to max out on Dreadknight's because atm they carry our whole codex.
It's possible to squeeze 6 into an 1850 list in a twin CAD with strike squads and incinerators on everyone. I'd run pyromancy Librarians with that list to complete the theme!

Yes it is unfortunate that they DO carry the whole codex. The codex is basically a revised 5th edition book in a 7th edition game. I have versions of this list in 1850 and 1500 points but the dreadknight count goes down by one each time and I add purifiers and a couple lasplas razorbacks in their stead. I did experiment with 6 dreadknights dropping terminators and adding strike squads. The only issue I had with that is by dropping the terminators for the one dread, I lost alot of firepower with the psycannons all the terminators had. This firepower can't be made up by the extra dreadknight or the strike squads. So I stayed with 5 dreadknights and 17 terminators instead of the 6 Dreadknights and 20 strike knights.
