Which lore to take?
Hi guys,
What lore would you run on my Libby?
My list consists of Draigo,Libby (lvl3), 10 paladins, 5 strikes, stormraven and 2 dreadknights.
Im thinking about Divination for Presience, Telepathy for Invisibility or Santic for Sanctuary. Also the +1 to invul is nice.
However, i only have one libby and only three rolls.

personally, telepathy for me. because shrouding is also nice.
dont forget to give your libby the liber daemonica for a additional sanctic power.

So you bank on Invisibility. Shrouding is nice but situational considering the 5++ the Paladins already have. IIRC i wasnt so impressed with the rest of the powers.
Im a bit worried about the damage output without prescience. It really helps with effective shooting.

Telepathy is nice because of Invisibility. But more often than not youll end up having all the other mediocre powers for that lore.
In the case of SteelTitan's list I'd personally go for Santic. It offers great support for GK.
Now if you're willing to use allies, Tigurius is a safe bet for Telepathy.

I think ill try Divination or Santic. Invisibility is awesome but im not making any friends with an invisible draigo-star *lol*
With a big unit like this upping the damage output reliably and being able to wipe a unit a turn (prescience) sounds good.

Re: Which lore to take?
if I can give you an advice for your draigostar, try adding an inquisitor with liber heresius to your main force (80 pts for an extra psicannon and split-fire rule, and for 30 more points, take prescience + 1 other divination power).
Just my 2 cents!

Re: Which lore to take?
i do love the santic domain for multiple reasons :
1/ the failures are less frequent for us
2/ i love teleportation power ... to re-orientation of a assault strategy it's awesome
3/ the whole domain is very versatile with shooty powers, movement powers, hard hit anti armour powers...and so on

I have to agree with Brother Aubec le noir, the Scantic powers offer Great support to our Brothers with all of the powers bar Banishment and Purge soul useful to our cause, with a good mix of support and psychic attack powers . although Divination can also be incredibly useful giving us the abilty to greatly support and enhance our already formidable might, through rerolls and extra rules... such as rending against any enemy Terminators or other targets our Blessed Nemesis blades cannot so easily Pierce.

I Sanctic because I can use the DLD with a lvl 3 libby getting four powers.
But it's fun to experiment with other lore.

Re: Which lore to take?
You guys make some good points.
Because of Draigo, I will already have Banishment, Gate, Hammerhand and Purge Soul. While Banishment and Purge Soul are hardly something to write home about, being able to reroll 1s with Draigo for the other powers is nice.
I think I will start with Santic, trying to get Sanctuary or maybe a second Gate and switch to Divination once that's done, to get Prescience.
Question: If the Librarian joins Draigo and his Paladins - The book says the Libby and units with 6" reroll 1s when manifesting. Does Draigo have to be within 6" or is he automatically affected because he's in the same unit?

Re: Which lore to take?
I agree with the sanctic notion. The only bummers are hammerhand because everyone has it so the librarian doesn't need it, and purge soul. but cleansing flame, gate, sanctuary and the d weapon are all money powers. You're getting at least two with the book.
