So, thinking of 1500 pts I'd like your advice please ...

I want thrawn as my only HQ, in a unit of 10 terms I think

In fact I like the idea of an all term list?

Mist have a vindicate as well ad possible inclusion of psyflemen dreads. (2?)

Sounds like you have the ideas already, and as Brother Aubec stated you need the list.

Looking at your list, your looking to buy 5 Terminator boxes:

20 - Terminators + Thrawn (or Justicar to save points)
2 - Paladins
3 - left over.

If this was your overall intention, then I'd suggest making the remaining 3 left over into Paladins too.

I currently run a list of Draigo (5 Paladins), 10 Terminators, a Dreadknight and Dreadnought at 1500 points. It's very challenging to play but doable. Let's just say your will learn from losing how to deploy, strategize and win.

If you do simply Terminators and no Paladins, I would definitely field at least one Dreadnought to help with tanks and flyers. Two is great for redundancy. I suggest at getting a Dreadknight to help against monstrous creatures.
