New competative grey knightlist won me my first mach at toun

Hell everyone. this is my first post here and I thought I would share my luck with you guys and see if you had any suggestions for me. Well this Saturday was my 2nd game of 40k or miniature war gaming at all for that matter and i finally got to play my grey knight army that has been in the works for way to long. Good news is I won!! YAY!! lol I was up against a guy playing dark eldar, seems that is bad for him when up against the knights of grey. By turn 3 he was tabled and I had lost 1 paladin. i must say that it was a blast and he did help me out quite a but when it came to the numbers, this game gets quite confusing at times when you are new. This is the list that I was playing, and advice or critacism would be much apreciated. Oh and we played at 1850 points.

Thats it. Coteaz ran w the pallys and buffed them and mordrack can make them scoring. The ghost knights come in turn 1 to keep the heat off the pally unit and all is well. Hope you like the list.

Then i'm not sure that Mordrak could be attached to your pallies and then that your ghost knights could come at first turn !

I do not believe that Brother Sapper attached Mordrak to his Pallies Brother. My interpretation is that Grand Strategy allowed Mordrak to make them scoring.

There are a couple of questions that I have for you Brother Sapper..... The first I ask ALL of the time is:
When do we get to see pictures of this victorioous force? And the second is: Are you going to post a battle report of this victory?

No Audec, coteaz was with the palidins, mordrack used his grand master grand strat to make them scoring. Mordrak must be with the ghost knights.
Mordrack and the Ghost Knights come in to give an extra threat in turn one and take some heat off the palidins.

Not sure if i am being picky here but why did you MC your weapons on the pally squad if they were running with Coteaz who gives them re-rolls with prescience?

Oh yes : i read Modrak instead of Coteaz... My mistake !
But it was rather late when i wrote my first post, if i'm not mistaken... So this could explain that !!

If you really wanted to totally max out the cheese you could swap the paladins for a storm raven or two!

Just revisiting this list, I really like it

I'm not so sure about the use of Mordrak as a suicide unit personally.....

I'd advocate a Double FOC with Mordrak and librarian in one FOC, and Coteaz in other...
but depends on points.

if you want to use Paladins as troops just take Draigo instead.
