2000 points using land raiders

I have 2 land raiders currently and always looking for a way to include them in my lists. And I THINK I have finally found a way.

The problem: They're not fast enough, and often by the time you get them where you need them they have only 1 hull point remaining and then boom.

The Solution: Now that we're allowed double FOCs and the librarians have that cool Summoning power you have the potential to get 2 land raiders right where you need them. With a little help from Mordrak.

2000 on the nose.

Mordrak and the Ghost Knight and the 2 Librarians go as one unit which deep strikes in turn 1 and then the librarians cast Summoning on the Land Raiders. The Land Raiders have the Terminators in them.
The Strike Squads deep strike using the librarian's teleport homer and psychic communion from Mordrak on turn 2 on a 2+.
The Inquisitor takes control of the Quad Gun.
