I've Been Expecting You Question
If you put coteaz with a strike squard, and use warp quake in conjunction with I've been expecting you, to force a unit to roll a mishap and a morale check.
If a misplaced result is rolled, does the target squard fall back from it's new position or is the morale check not taken.
In Summary
does IBEY interact with with quake and can the shooting trigger a morale check (and force a fall back move) and where is this fall back move rolled from, if misplaced is rolled on the mishap table.

Re: I've Been Expecting You Question
IBEY happens after the enemy unit is deployed if they arrive from reserve. so after scatter movement etc (this counts in misplacement) has been made.
if the enemy is still in range for IBEY after beeing missplaced you can still fire. otherwise IBEY wont trigger.

What about outflanking, does IBEY happen at the point in which the enemy unit enters the board or when it ends there movement?
I've been playing it as when they arrive, they can then make a move within 12" and be free from IBEY, but is the correct?

That is also how I've seen it played in tournaments. You measure to the distance from where they enter the board to Coteaz. If they are past 12", no IBEY shooting...

Yeah, so its only really useful against deep strike or when a Vendetta/Valk drops it's cargo and they scatter into range.
