That is everybody finding in tournaments, are you haveing to state when you hand in your list what powers/lists you are useing for the tournamnet and sticking to that for every game or are the tournaments letting you change every game?
I know what the rules are, I am just looking for what people are seeing (I am a T.O and want to know how others are running it)
Also how you think it should be done and why would be helpfull.

The first and only 6th edition tournament I've been too, I didn't need to state, so it was done on a game by game basis.

Ditto, since you roll for Psychic powers during every game, unless you stick with the codex powers, you can change them every game.

At least that's how I've been playing so far.

In general, I've always listed codex powers when I bought them. But non-point cost powers I never listed them at all, only informed my opponent what those powers would be at the start of each game. That's not only tournament legal, its the way tournaments have been running since at least 4th Ed (Space Marine Librarians select powers from a list, rather than buying them the way our GK Libbies do).

The new 6th Ed powers specifically stated that you roll for them at the start of each game, so there is no need at all to list possible selection on our army list, as you can select any of the schools to roll on each and every game. (Personally, I only roll on Telepathy and Divination, and generally just select Psychic Scream and Prescience, yet I still don't list them!)

I always list the powers on my army list, and I try to play fair, giving a basic run down of what my Libbys are capable of, but I also find that once I take that step, I'm really just marking my Libbys for death, as my opponents find the need to take them out as soon as possible.
