6th Ed Army musings
I haven't taken the plunge into playing 6th ed yet, but so far most of the main rules i've seen make sense (the guy you shoot at is the guy who dies! yes!)
I have 2 lists i'm considering. First is a mech heavy list where number of rhinos is the key. Second is the opposite where number of troops and canny deepstriking is the key:

The first list relies on psycannons and the rhinos surviving. With glancing hits now just taking hull points off (yes wrecks can be an issue) only way they'll die is if they go boom. With 68 psycannon shots in heavy mode, and the ability to snap fire if rhinos have to go flat out, the first list is very dakka dakka.
The second list is hampered a bit by the new rule on deep striking (half army only in reserve) so we have 3 purgator squads to be deployed around the board (thanks to scouts rule from mordrak). Mordrak and librarian deepstrike first turn w/ their ghost knights, and then the terminators come in on subsequent turns. Terminators are now awesome in 6th! Only Hammernators are better!
