1850 GK (no allies)
Just wanted to share the 1850 list I've been using while getting familiar with 6th ed. It has done well so far--played 3 times with it vs. DA, SW & SW and it has won all 3 games. My opponents' list did not have a large amount of AP2 weapons but they did have some. The DA list had a tri-las predator as well as a vindicator and a lot of TH/SS termies for those AP2 hammers. The SW list had a vindicator as well plus the traditional 2-3 long fang units and a laserback. The SW lists also had an aegis defense line (quad gun in one list and icarus lascannon in the other) and several meltas or combi-meltas in his GH and WG squads.
In all the games, I can say that my Interceptors and Dreadknight caused so much problems for my opponents that my warband, GKT and dread were able to provide sustained firepower.
HQ - GM w/ psycannon, rad, psychotroke & blind grenades, 1 skull
HQ - Coteaz
TR - 10 GKT w/ 2 psycannons, 1 warding staff, psybolt ammo
TR - 10 Warband (3 plasma cannon gun servitors, 2 crusaders, 5 acolytes)
FA - 10 Interceptors w/ 1 psycannon, 1 incinerator, 1 halberd, psybolt ammo
FA - SR
HS - Psyfleman dread
HS - NDK w/ teleporter, heavy incinerator
Basic strategy is: dreadnought and warband set up as a firebase with Coteaz and GM. Interceptors and NDK scoot forward to harass the enemy's flanks (sometimes from reserve). SR comes in from reserve to home in on the most critical threat. GKT usually deepstrikes where needed (GM usually joins them shortly thereafter). Specific strategy depending on deployment and mission will vary of course but this is the jist of it
I know my GM is expensive but he brings so much to the table (for me anyway).
I gave the Interceptor Justicar a halberd for the initiative advantage in challenges vs. other sergeant-level characters (and sometimes vs. power armored IC's as well). Wanted to give the squad a hammer as well but didn't have enough points (I really want 3 plasma cannons )
I always give Coteaz powers from the Divination school because it buffs the servitors and/or the GKTs so much. He will always have Prescience plus 1 other random power.
I haven't encountered enemy flyers yet but the SR can serve as an interceptor gunship. So far, my SR was perfect for taking out key targets like my opponents' vindicators.

Re: 1850 GK (no allies)
I love the GM/Coteaz team. They always worked together well for me. Glad to see they're still viable in 6th.
Very solid and well balanced list.
Thanks for sharing brother.

I really like your lists brother .
Many different units but still effective.
What models do you use for servitors with plasmacannon ?

I have an old school servitor with a plasma cannon...can't remember where I got him from but its a GW model. I just have to find a couple more or convert 2 of my HB servitors

Re: 1850 GK (no allies)
So what do you put on the SR? Do you put any units inside? Does the Storm Raven Deep strike or out flank? In which scenarios would it be better to choose one over the other? Also is zooming better than skimmers, I would assume that zoomers are better...
Also, your list seems very fun (to us) and scary (for the enemy). I've been trying to find a balance between Coteaz and GM.

Re: 1850 GK (no allies)
I don't usually put anything in the SR. It is strictly a gunship tasked with taking out enemy flyers or key ground targets so it will almost always be in flyer mode (zooming) which allows me to fire up to 4 of my weapons even after moving 36".
Also, the SR can never Outflank because the GM's Grand Strategy doesn't apply to vehicles (except for walkers).
