Eldrad, Farseer, war walkers, Avatar, Scouts and some troops on transports to shoot from afar and take objectives at the end of the game. Though this list has taken a serious blow with troops scoring only outside of transports.

I have none of those things in my list. All is well.

Has anyone had a look at the forgeworld eldar flier? As far as I can tell it gets a 3+ cover save when going flat out which balances the light guns and armour to an extent. It's still expensive though.

eldar got 2 flyers. the phoenix bomber got the AV of a dark eldar Raider, got vector dancer and is shrouded. so you have to evade in order to get the 3+ save. other than that..
2 shuriken cannons
2 phoenix missle launchers wich is 48" S 5 AP 3 heavy 3
1 pulse laser wich is 48" S 8 AP 2 heavy 2
can exchange the pulse laser for twin linked bright lance or a twin linked starcannon wich is 36" S 6 AP 2 heavy 2
can exchange his missle launchers for nightfire missle launchers for 10 points.. wich is 48" S 4 AP 5 heavy 3 Blast 3" ignores cover and pinning.

costs almost as much as a landraider though and is heavy support slot.

then there is the nightwing interceptor

also shrouded, vector dancer and the same AV as the phoenix bomber. has 2 shuriken cannons and 2 bright lances... is a fast attack selection and costs almost as much as a basic leman russ.

No troops in transports shooting from afar.

Jetbikes is the answer. If they use their turbo-boost and assault move they can go 48+2d6". On average that's 55" which deals with mobility issues. Unless I read it wrong, I've only played 6th ed with my knights and I've little experience with bikes. It does seem a little over the top when they go faster than fliers.
Maybe some avengers who close the distance in case there are objectives in buildings/cover, but no sitting back.

while bikers are good for eldar due to the increased armor save and the toughness 4 they are basically just "fast" marines. sure they move faster than marines but cost more and die just as easily. wich is quiet sad though... would be nice if the warlock would grant the unit stealth or shrouded but he doesnt.. sadly...

If they didn't die easy they wouldn't be eldar. The trick is to not get shot.
Admittedly a Heldrake will kill everything. Eldar anti-air seems weaker than Grey Knights without the interceptor.

I don't want to use the word impossible, but in 6th that actually is.

Sometimes I do get the feeling I use a higher than average amount of terrain.

You're right though- rapid fire weapons pounding away at full range after moving means it's more damage limitation than being able to avoid it entirely.
