New to GK, need help on list :) 1500 pts

I am a previous eldar collecter, and got pretty bored :S I had a demo game with grey knights though, and i really liked them. So i made this army list.

you may prefer a GM instead of your OXI and vindicare for the Grand Strategy, the punch of the guy and the grenades he can carry.
plus your DCA are more efficient with an assault vehicle ... maybe the LR of your list is dedicated for them !?

IMO, a little bit too much points are being spent on wargear. I understand the advantage of having a 2++ invul save for one of your strike squads but spending 20pts on psybolts instead to give the whole squad S5 stormbolters is probably more worth it.

Also, not sure if you realize but the psilencer is a Heavy weapon so you can't move and shoot it which significantly limits your mobility.
