Non-grey Grey Knights

I'm starting up my GK force and have been thinking: how many people paint Grey Knights that aren't grey?

I've been thinking about setting up some sort of a rust-covered bronze scheme, going for an almost steam-punk theme with bronzes and blacks and dark purples/reds.

I have some spare AoBR Terminators I can test it on, but I was just curious what you guys thought about different colored Grey Knights as a whole.

I personally don't mind waaaaay back in flufftime, grey knights were black if i remember correctly

well not black but dark grey ... arthracite some could say !
with the glove shiny silver and some brass and gold details.
but hey in the old times some GW painters painted them golden, with success ... so Paint them as you wish !
just don't forget to report to Titan with pics !

you can find the old colour scheme somewhere in this very forum ... i'm remembering a topic on that subject, but don't remember where ... maybe in painting tips ??
