Welcome to the forums Brother!

That's a nice foot-slogger list you have. My only concern is the Purifiers footslogging. They don't have the option to DS so it'll take a couple of turns before they make it to CC. I would consider giving them a rhino unless you really want to stay 100% footslogging.

I completely agree with Rivan, so make that 2 votes for everything he said.

Something I would like to add, with 4 Paladins, you'll really need to have them all different for wound allocation. I would do this by making 1 hammer a sword (for the better invuln save in CC and because you only really need 1 hammer) and taking off 1 MC from a halberd (maybe just MC one of the other weapons). That would increase their survivability by a lot.

Going to totally disagree with what the others have said here....

Purifiers are fine, just keep in mind they will be a firebase, not a combat unit. Would avoid the PsyAmmo, and go 1 hammer, 4 Halb though. (or just 1 hammer - the rest can be abblative wounds)
You definately want 5 Paladins so you can get 2 Psycannons, or at the least 2 Incins IMO. 1 Hammer, the rest Halberds, and MC two items and it should have unique wound allocation, without resorting to crappy swords (you are a WS5 GK unit, you want to be hitting first and hard - Halberds). A stave on your libby to join the Pally unit is the best invuln investment for in CC.

I'd prob swap the Vindicare for the extra Pally, and upgrades elsewhere, and get a second dread with the same loadout if you can.

You could buy vehicles but realistically 3 rhinos isn't going to last past turn 1 unless your opponents army has no anti tank, and you gain 6" movement for 10% of your army value.

If you want vehicles, I'd suggest getting 3 razors with PsyA, HB's, not to put guys inside, but to go with dreads and provide mobile cover. You could combat the Purifies this way with 2 PsyC in each CS and move them up midfeild fast if you wanted too.

I'd recommend making your Paladin squad 5 man strong, and adding 2 psycannons to the mix. One Daemonhammer is enough, for them too.

I like your footslogging theme so I'd say, stick with it. Adding vehicles to the mix will completely change your army and that's not what we want. I'd also recommend to leave the servo skulls at home, you could use those points elsewhere. You got a though decision there, but I reckon Brother Z is spot on, loose the Vindicare and use those points for an extra Pali and gear. You'll have 10 psycannons spitting psycan fire on your opponent, which is nicer than having only one silver bullet (vindicare).

Well the psyflemen are usually better when there are at least 2. Other than obvious reasons, this makes it more difficult for the opponent to decide which one to hit. Sorry if you already knew that, but it's best to point out things even if they seem obvious.

You should also get full wound allocation on your paladins. It really increases their survivability. To do this without spending any extra points, you can kit them out as follows:
Paladin 1: Halberd/Storm Bolter
Paladin 2: Hammer/Storm Bolter
Paladin 3: Sword/Storm Bolter
Paladin 4: Halberd/Psycannon
Paladin 5: Hammer/Psycannon

If you want to have more halberds, you can replace the sword and 1 hammer with a mastercrafted halberd, and they will all still be different (it just costs more).

Also, if you can, the strike squads would be much more durable in rhinos. At 1500 points, this isn't a huge deal, but it helps. At 2000 points it's basically necessary unless you deep strike them.

Besides those things, I'm liking the first list.
