Oh yes indeed, the old GKs look awesome !! especially when painted with the old colour scheme : dark grey (nearly black) and gloves / Boots mithril silver with some brass or gold details !!

In the inquisitors handbook for dark heresy, in the forge world category the rad cleanser is with full stats.
The weapon fires a... projectile i guess that explodes into a blast of radiation that damage materials and burns flesh.
It is a gruesome device used by imperials with the contacts to get one or mechanicus operatives who can make them.
