New Recruit

Hey all! New guy round here, zero experience in gaming but done warhammer 40k modelling for years. I recently bought a pack of knights, and decided i want to start gaming with them
Always loved GK's but never game enough to spend so much on metal models (they're a bitch to model, scratch easy, and no options.. Plus price)

So I too am jumping on the bandwagon with the new release ^_^
I just bought the codex, Crowe, a second box of knights and a set of termies, can't wait till they arrive! (3 weeks delivery from maelstrom games - a worthwhile saving).
Keen to have a crack at blogging, for myself to see the stage by stage progress of this army, as well as any feedback and advice I could receive from you guys if that's all good to do on your painting/modeling section (some quality stuff in there that I've seen!)

Already built one set of knights, had a great time with all the options, and I also hijacked my dreadnaught, rhino and terminator librarian from my crimson fists army they look far cooler in GK colours!

Great to see there's such a fanbase already, you guys are the original knights, must have alot of people like me flooding your ranks now

True! Same price for 10 tactical marines as 5 knights.. Haha I'm gonna put that down to the fact games workshop charges over effectiveness in gameplay more than cost of production
