I am hunting for a story

I was hoping that one of the Brothers here might be willing to help me out. I recall a story that involved a Squad heading in to a derelict Space hulk, found that it had been infested with Tyranids, and during the escape one of them became involved with a dialogue with the Hive Mind. If i remember properly the Hive Mind tried to tempt the Brother in to joining it. If this was a different arm of the Empire then I apoligize, jsut been hunting this for a goodly amount of time.

Can you provide any more information for us to go on?
Chapter of the marine involved, type of novel - Short stories or novel etc...
I remember Uriel from the ultramarines was on a hulk with Tyranids, and I have read about Emperor's Syths also....

I wish I had more information to go on, really I do. But a lot of the memories of the story had drifted away. I just remember that one little tidbit about it, but I think it might have been in a short. Possibly in Let the universe Burn?
