too many inquisitors ... they'll shoot at each other !!
without kidding : i'm surprised that you don't use psy powers for your inquisitors something like "fléau" (don't remember the english name) the 1D6 S5 shoots at 18"
another remark you made a shooting army (something like a Tau army ) but the average range is a bit short imho ... and you have to be carful with the cc phase or you'll be blown

I just hope we can make half as interesting inquisitors in the new dex, then they would be the most versatile unit in 40k still, everything is beeing so boringyfied with the new dexes.

The only thing that would really let this army down is facing a LOT of heavies in terminator armour. or just a tonne of tanks..

LOL I never realized I could field so many Inquisitors. I had been pondering casually the concept of a pure Inquisitors army. Guess it is quite possible!

What? No DCA's for your some close combat killyness? One thing about the new dex, if you finally look past all the shiny grey stuff there's definitely some fun and cheese to be had.

if you upgrade this list with the new codex : use DK assassins and note that with coteaz, inquisitorial retinues are NOT limited by the number of inquisitors and that they are troops.

Great idea!!! I have seen someone play with an army close to this one...
The only difference is that he took 2 five man purifier squads just for those hoard armys
He didn't have them painted but I would love to see a whole army like this finished... let's see some pictures

I could field this army with what DH I have except for the Chimeras, the weak side A 10 and BS3 sucks chaos fire balls and I sold them. A good proxy would be Razorbacks with Psyammo and Kasrkin ST instead of IST.

It would almost be like running a demon hunting horde army, sounds like a lot of fun to me.

Hells ya! I'd sub a troop choice with 4-5 psykers with Ordo Herectus inquisitor with psyocculum in a Razorback with psyammo. Antipsyker BS10 36" s7-8 ap1-2 assault large blast attack. 140-150 point squad. Like psycannon shooting chaos daemons in a barrel.

Add in some Jokaeros and to be honest, now that I really look at it, Henchmen horde spam could actually be a fairly competitive list! I can't say I'm not surprised after looking at the combinations you can do.

with DCA + crusaders, Iquisitors of the 3 ordos with special gear, tons of heavy weapons, vehicles and load of jokaeros and deamonic weapons ... Oh Yes, this list could be very competitive !! ... i feel it in my gutts, and they never lie !

Chaos grows onions? It might just be that if your centuries old some foods don't agree. I really like those sciborminature models. That would make a great grand master Draigo... Imagine a whole paladin army of those. It would look great but would they be accepted in a real tournament? I heard some won't take anything less than GW models.
