Looks cool. Unfortunately, when he hits 85 it'll look like a big blob of nurgle spawn. At least it'll still be Chaos-themed.

I would detail the nice handiwork tatoo with a heavy glaze of purging Incinerator holy flames on the Heretics hindside. Though I had to flush my eyes with holy water, inhale sigil incense for bearing and invoke a hammerhand to sear off his spine for the blasphemy. Brilliant job, cheers!
