i think that Citadel in the old days made some deamons models close to cthuloïd creatures ... i'll do the research and will come to you
by the way : the lictor has something cthuloïd too

Thing is, I am pretty sure there is a line of models/a game that is based on Cthulhu. Here is what a quick google search revealed: http://hammerofthorgames.com/products-page/theme-games1/call-of-cthulu/
So unless Brother ALN can find some old stuff from citadel, I would say that copyrights and what not will squash your dreams of GW producing these models

Maybe Good old GW can do a 50 dollar version of it
