I found the site while browsing for grey knights stuff and thought it would be nice to register and participate once in a while with your community. I am from usa, i am 23 working on a degree in pharmaceuticals. I play blood angels and tau, however I've decided to start collecting and building up for the new daemon hunters codex where they should be viable to play.

Welcome! I'm sure you'll find everything you need and more here. Our members have shown so much insight and been so open and willing to discuss new ideas that I positively can't wait to see what will happen when we get a new codex. It really is a great community, i think even surpassing ATT in most cases, though they obviously have more knowledge written up in articles. (I also am a longtime tau player). It's also a little closer knit, so you may begin recognizing names and ideas pretty quickly, and being recognized yourself.

As a side note, Grey Knights are actually a viable choice right now, though obviously not in the top of the top. We have a few One-trick-pony lists that can do ok even in 'Ard Boyz style games if we surprise the meta, the psycannon footslogger list does alright in almost any setting, and in casual local tournaments many of our members place pretty well. In 'Rogue Trader' Type tournaments we do positively well, as our minis are stunning, we have some expert painters, and we usually get some free comp points.

Welcome to the forum. You'll notice a hefty difference jumping from Tau to DH. I know I did when I fielded Tau for the first time after playing GK for so long. It's a whole new rethink in playstyle.

Welcome! I too play blood angels a little, very interesting army!

Salutations Brother, I was to into the blood angels but found them pricey in the pts area. They are similar to the cost of the GK but the strategy in play is different.

Blood angels can be pricey, but you get what you pay for.
I've increasingly found that DE are actually a similar if not more expensive army than BA, which is very disappointing.
