The psycannon change is just weird...
Hard to beleive they made GK jetbikes, THEN axed them...

Every codex has a shiny secret suprise, I bet the GK jetbikes are just that. Drop hints but no one has seen art or mock ups, ill bet they will be a 2nd wave release for GK.

At least i can hope, being a ravenwing and whitescar player i would have at least one unit zipping around.

I am relieved to hear (even in rumor) that out minis will contain even more detail than before It is unfortunate that they will be a different scale than the metal models, but not unexpected. The Dread options sound like fun.

Not to forget that they have testplayed the Stormraven. Sound like they had have a prototyp model for their test games.

These batch of rumors at least seem to be persistent. Again, nothing concrete though...

I think the change to the psycannon is to differentiate it more from the assault cannon, also to make the assualt cannon a more realistic alternative. Because arguably as it is, the psycannon is one of the best weapons in its category.

The psycannon is like a scatter laser, its hardly one of the best weapons, it simply suits the current meta game and is the ONLY choice currently.
If they start allowing GK's to carry around rending assault cannons then I'll be happy for the change.

Whether or not GK's get a new codex its already been confirmed that a Storm Raven will be released by multiple sources, and quite a few sources have gone to great lengths to make the distinction.

I'm not impressed.

Just read over the new rumours and then seen "Out the Heritic". I thought back to a time where i proposed an idea where there could be an ability made to designate 1 squad to count as daemons, just for the extra help with tougher units. i never proposed it to anyone fearing they would think its stupid and over powered. Aparently they heard my thoughts and gave me my wish to have a power that i had thought of. i guess it wanst such a stupid idea after all.

My face when i read the rule=

It does make sense. GK and DE were never made to be played against normal armies at normal points levels. Each book came with their own scenarios precisely because they are armies based off of playing certain types of fun, fluffy games. How do you make an army fair against what it's supposed to kill, while not underpowering it against everything else? make it so every game has at least one of that thing.

If they made GK the way they exist in the 40k universe their arrival against anything except daemons would herald the enemys immediate surrender/retreat/route and simply bringing a painted GK army would be a win.

I believe thats the way they are making the books now, put a painted army on the table and you automatically win. The book will consist of the front cover and back cover, and on the inside is the Force Org chart and pretty pictures to look at. At bottom will be a side box that says to put your army on the table and walk away, you now automatically win.

I like thoses rumors.... hope not to be disapointed....

Out the heretic would be just cool!!!
