I must admit they are pretty expensive i mean 15 quid for 5 men is a pretty big rip off ,and personally the grey knight termi's are completely outrageous.
"The warrior who acts out of honour cannot fail. His honour is duty itself. Even his death - if it is honourable - is a reward and can be no failure, for it has come through duty. Seek honour as you act, therefore, and you will know no fear."
Re: GW prices to high for greyknights ?
I think they are outrageously over priced! I mean £15 quid for 5 men or have they boosted it to £18 quid now? Don't get me started on the termie's. I think when (if) they re-do them they should be made into plastic kits. Then you could get 10 men for £18 or £20 quid.
Re: GW prices to high for greyknights ?
GW prices are way too high anyways. I found a website that sells warhammer for 30% off GW prices. Its how I paid for my GK. www.gc-minis.com Its funny because at the 30% off is the 'regular' prices that me and my friends paid for when we started warhammer. Eww @ GW money grab.

I think the price is worth the look i mean they look awesome when fully painted.
Re: GW prices to high for greyknights ?
People forget that those amazingly detailed little statues they're buying aren't you average 'toy'. In fact, by all reasoning, they aren't 'toys'. They're luxury products, created for a niche consumer group with ready access to cash.
And, the damn things take a hell of a lot to put out on the market, from research, artistic design, game-testing, scupting, the box art... and don't get me started on the cost of the Moulds needed to churn the models out at a pace fast enough to turn over a profit, yet resilient enough to make sure the miniatures keep their detail and quality from the 1st, 50th, and maybe even 100th casting.
True: Games Workshop products are expensive.
False: Games Workshop is the devil, trying to steal you money, and you baby chihuahua.

Re: GW prices to high for greyknights ?
While I respect that they do take a lot of effort to make, I know so many people who would collect warhammer if it weren't for the prices. And once the moulds are made they don't need to make any more unless for an upgrade, a land raider which is huge is only 5 pounds more than 5 terminators and while the detail on the termi's is much better the size look how much bigger a landraider is. Honestly it is way to expensive.

I'll have to agree with you on the Grey Knight Terminators, but as a rule, GW prices could be worse.
Like the Grey Knight Terminators.

they are too expensive but i understand why, its just that i think that having the gk termie captain at £6 (regular termie is £5) understandable scince he has the robe thing and most of his right arm, then his gun arm is £2(regular is £2 as well) but then his force halibard is £2 (the same as a regular) yet it contains less metal than the regular (which has his whole arm, not just the hand and weapon). Its the minor things that don't seem to make sense to me.

I do agree that 35 Quid for 5 terminators is completly outrageous. But if you look at it a different way, Their brilliant on the battlefeild and they look great.

Re: GW prices to high for greyknights ?
please, brothers, we all know that ALL the GW stuff is expensive, very expensive...
but is cool, and we like it, and I think is a better way to spend your well earned money.
I really prefer to spend my money in GW stuff rather than liquor, drugs, parties and smoking!
and remember: I'm living in Colombia, thats mean, lots of parties, beer, tobbacco... and also, GW STUFF IS EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE, because I have to place international orders (we don't have a GW Colombia, like they have in Spain, USA, UK etc)
but since I have mates to play with, and people who believes that is better spend in a healty hobby, I'll continue with the game!

Even though there's no denying GW is highly over-priced I applaud your attitude SIRSEAN.
